Callback requests

When you submit a callback request, we receive your name, telephone number, installation area, product requirement, any included saved products, sizes, quantities and notes, contact consent and the page you enquired from. Jalil Traders uses these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. Please do not include payment details or sensitive personal information.

Where requests are stored

Our website host, Netlify, processes and stores callback submissions for our business. Its service may process technical information to deliver the website and prevent spam. Requests are available to authorised administrators of our hosting account. We use enquiry details for customer contact, not to enrol you in marketing.

WhatsApp enquiries

The WhatsApp form prepares a message in your browser. It is shared through WhatsApp when you open the message there and send it. You can review it before sending. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply to that conversation.

Saved products

Your shortlist stores only product identifiers in this browser’s local storage. It does not create an account or send your choices to us. You can remove products on the Saved products page or clear this website’s browser data. Sizes, quantities and message text are not saved in local storage. Shortlist details are shared when you send your WhatsApp message or submit a callback request. Customer-care messages are shared when you send them in WhatsApp.
